Sealcoating work,
paid by the job.

We book the driveways and hand you the work already sold, measured and scheduled. You seal it and get paid on the job, not on an hourly clock.

How it works, in two and a half minutes

The whole arrangement, the pay, and the parts most people would rather not tell you until later. Worth watching before you apply.

What the work is

Residential driveway sealcoating and crack filling around Dayton, Kettering, Beavercreek, Centerville, Huber Heights, Miamisburg, Fairborn, Vandalia and Xenia.

You sell and install, we do the rest

We have customers requesting quotes. You go out, measure, and sell the job at our pricing, then you install it. The advertising, the administration, the invoicing and the materials are ours. You are not knocking doors, setting prices, or chasing anyone for money.

You run your own day

You decide how you do it and when you start. We agree the date with the customer around the weather and tell you the finished result we need. How you get there is yours.

Job by job, take it or leave it

Every job is offered and you can turn any of them down, for any reason, with no effect on the next one. Nothing here is exclusive. Keep your own customers and work for whoever else you like.

Paid on the job

Per driveway, at a published rate you know before you take it. Send your finished jobs at the end of the week and we settle them the following Friday. No timesheets, no waiting thirty days on an invoice.

What it pays

You tell us your rate.

Per square foot or per driveway, whichever way you price. We agree it before the job starts and it does not move afterwards. Payment goes out once the before and after photos are in and the customer is happy. No timesheets, no waiting thirty days on an invoice. Crack filling is quoted and paid separately. We would rather hear your number than name one at you: if you already run your own outfit, you know what the work is worth.

Straight about the volume: we are opening up in Dayton now, and the work comes from our own advertising. How much of it there is depends on how fast that builds. If you need guaranteed hours every week, this is not that. If you already run your own outfit and want jobs handed to you with no marketing spend, it fits.

What you need

Your own tools

Squeegees, brushes, a blower, edging tools and your own safety gear. A sprayer helps but is not required.

Your own transport

Something you can get buckets and gear to a job in.

Insurance

We recommend carrying general liability insurance, and taking your own advice on Ohio workers' compensation. You are running your own business here, and that cover is what stands between you and a bad afternoon on somebody's driveway.

You have done this before

You know what a driveway needs before sealer goes on it, and you know when one should not be sealed at all. We are not set up to teach it from scratch.
